Mariah Frisella, BSN, RN earned her Bachelors of Nursing Science degree at Elmira College in 2011. Since graduating with her nursing degree, Mariah has held various different clinical roles with a vast array of experience. Her experience includes inpatient critical care, outpatient primary care, and outpatient medical and surgical specialities. She held a variety of positions throughout her career including clinical nurse and clinical nurse supervisor.
Mariah is passionate about delivering exceptional care to patients with patient safety being her top priority. Mariah has excelled in her nursing career over the last 11 years and has seen a need for mobile IV hydration and fluid replenishment in the community.
Mariah is married and the mother of two girls. She enjoys coaching lacrosse, real estate sales and investing, active in her church, and empowering others to be the best version of themselves.
Cassandra earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Southern Maine in 2010. After graduating, she worked in the field of home and hospice care as a case manager and enjoyed caring for patients and families in the comfort of their own home. As she grew her family, she transitioned into an urgent care setting and has been there for the last seven years.
She pursued her passion for holistic healthcare and became credentialed as a Whole Health Educator with the National Institute of Whole Health in 2015 and later, as a Certified Lactation Counselor with the ALPP. Cassandra believes that everyone has the potential to improve their health and wellbeing, and strives to help others get to the root cause of their illness and understand the interconnected roles their physical, emotional, nutritional, environmental, and spiritual aspects of their life play. Currently working towards her masters in Rivier University’s FNP program, she is also taking courses with the Institute of Functional Medicine with the goal of becoming a certified Functional FNP.
Cassandra lives in southern NH with her husband and two little boys. She enjoys family hikes, skiing, camping, teaching indoor cycling and pilates, foraging, and farming. She always has at least three books going at once and invites you to use her as a resource.

Nate is our in house technical counterpart, handling everything from our social media to web development, and everything in between. He has spent many years in the tech industry where he has gained experience in everything from network infrastructure to custom development and cloud communications.
When he is not building something on the internet, he’s spending time outside with his family, taking day trips, doing yard projects and chasing his interests around anything with a motor.
He’s very excited to continue helping build Origin, as he also takes heath and fitness serious!
