1. To Enroll: Access Your Origin Wellness Account
2. Click on the “Memberships” Option
3. Select “Join Now” on the Origin Wellness Monthly Membership
   
4. A Pop up screen will be initiated with the Membership Agreement that we ask you to read over, agree to the terms of the membership and sign.
5. You will then click “Add to cart” button
6. Click on Your cart icon at the top right hand corner of your screen then “Proceed to Checkout” button.

You will be directed to a payment screen where you will enter your credit card information and if all looks correct, click “Pay”.

Your membership will be successfully saved and will automatically charge the credit card on file the same day each month.
